A strategic institutional partnership between the University of Gold Coast Leadership Academy and approved organisations — giving their eligible staff access to structured leadership development and recognised professional pathways.
HEPO — Partnership for Leadership Development is a strategic institutional partnership between the University of Gold Coast Leadership Academy and approved organisations. Through this partnership, organisations become recognised Higher Education Partner Organizations of the University of Gold Coast.
Their eligible staff may then access priority support, preferential discounts, programme advisory services, and structured leadership development opportunities across three levels — from first-line supervision to senior executive leadership.
